NOTE: You are unable to meet PATSY until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet PATSY in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• I am DEAF so I need a family who will love me and be understanding
• While I may be older, I still enjoy a daily walk around the neighbourhood
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• To be allowed inside with my family
• My previous owner said that I LOVE to go swimming and would love to have my very own clam pool to laze around in.
• I LOVE toys, playing fetch and a game of tug-o-war with my family
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk
• Due to my hearing loss, no small children that might accidentally scare me as I would hate to snap at them
• No other animals, I wish to live out my retirement just with my loving family

My best features:
• Gentle & placid
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I walk well on lead
• Well mannered
