Topaz

This lovely boy is looking for a caring and patient owner who is not only comfortable with his size but is also understanding that it takes time for Topaz to build relationships and confidence. Once this relationship is made Topaz will show you how playful and loving his personality is.

In the shelter Topaz has enjoyed bypassing dogs to say hello however due to his size and excitement at times he can become a little overwhelming for some dogs, therefor he would need to not be housed with other dogs whilst settling into his new home and more so do some socialization whilst on walks.

Whilst Topaz has been building confidence he has enjoyed long walks, investigating his surroundings and most of all doing his own thing. Topaz is the biggest toy lover the shelter has ever seen and will need an unlimited supply to cuddle up with all day and night. Although Topaz enjoys very much doing his own thing - he does need an owner who will give him a slow transition into the home to ensure he is comfortable and feels safe in his new home.
