Bobby the Spoodle is sporting a brand new look after requiring a complete shave down. Check out the "before & after" shots.

His overgrown coat made it difficult for him to see properly, so navigating stairs was a problem. With his new streamlined form, he is gaining confidence daily. Lots of "good boy" and "clever boy" all help.

Bobby is a gorgeous golden Spoodle born in July 2018 and it won't be long before his lovely, golden, hypoallergenic coat is back in all its curly glory.

For the moment, however, he's wearing a new fleecy winter jacket, which makes him look very smart on early morning walks with his foster mum.

As you'd expect with a Spoodle, Bobby is a super gentle and loving chap. He particularly loves a chest rub and, in return, likes to reward his favourite human with an ear nuzzle and and "up close and personal" snuggle. But please don't rub his head as it's something he's not keen on.

He's an absolute charmer and is very people-oriented. Wherever you are, he will be, too. He follows his foster mum from room to room and sometimes has quite a bit to say. He's an excellent communicator. He has a very loving and loveable nature, so will make a delightful family pet or companion.

Well-balanced and friendly, Bobby is relaxed around other dogs and eagerly fronts up to people for a pat.

He is untested with children, though we expect he'd be friendly and gentle with just about anyone. He has not encountered any cats since being in care.

At 13 kgs, he could stand to lose a few grams, but he does love his tucker and is quite an adventurous eater.

Bobby would prefer to have his humans around most of the time, so is not suited to full-time workers. He's very much an inside-outside dog and is used to having access to the home whenever he wants to.

As always, secure fencing is essential.

Bobby's adoption fee is $995 and he is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
