About Huxley
Hi my name is Huxley. I am a bit of a shy guy when you first meet me but it won't last for long! I am very active and love going for walks or playing at the park. My foster carer says I am great on the lead and my recall at the park is pretty good most days! I am great travelling in the car and try to jump in the front seat with my foster carer when we head to the beach. Talking about the beach, I love playing in the water and lying in the sand. I am not a big fan of toys and have a few tricks up my sleeve, and I am trying to learn paw when I get my dinner and I love sitting for treats! I also really enjoy going camping and on adventures so if you can just give me a chance, I will make your family a very happy one!
I get on really well with most dogs and would probably be suited to a family with no children, or maybe teenagers. I would also be best for a home without cats. I do bark every now and again but normally only when there is something happening outside! And I would love a home with another dog to keep me company, especially if I am at home for long hours by myself.
If you can just give me a chance, I will make your family a very happy one!
I CAN FLY TO PERTH!
Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to you in Perth.
