Cucumber

Cucumber was taken to the pound for euthanasia by her owner. We were just at the pound when this happened, and it's the only reason cucumber is still alive. Cucumber was dumped because of: "neighbour complaints". Just how much a neighbour can complain about a guinea pig to have her owner resort to this extreme is anyone's guess?

cucumber is still very young, and has obviously had little attention in the past as she is flighty. However, she is full of character and has a big personality. Update: cucumber has come a long way in rescue, and has a huge personality! she is the loudest piggie ever, and loves to affectionately squeel when she sees her favourite human approaching. She's a very smart girl (perhaps too smart for her own good!) and has mastered the trick of going in a circle before getting a treat. She is currently learning to stand up when there is a treat involved as well. She looooves pats, and will stretch out on the floor as you're giving them to her, then kick her back feet out so she is flat as a pancake with relaxation.
