Meet Percy! Brought to the shelter with his brother Thomas as just wee little 2 week olds! He has been in foster care learning how to be a proper house cat (something he excelled in!) and is now looking for his forever home. He is hoping to find a home where he will be safe indoors, warm, and very loved! He will need lots of fun toys to play with, as well as lots of love and attention.
