Well hello there, I'm Stella. I'm on the prowl for an experienced kitty owner (or family!) to take me in. People who can read my body language and can give me the time, patience, and reassurance I need to come out of my shell. Are you the one I'm looking for?

When I first get introduced to new people and places I can get very worried. Everything is so big and I'm so little! But once I've settle in, I am a super sweet, smoochy, and loving cat. I just need someone to help me feel safe and reassured, and my heart will be yours before I know it.

Start me in a small launch room and give me time to settle in. You can come in and sit with me while I'm settling in. Have some quiet talking time with me, offer me some chicken or fish (yum!) and I'll start to warm up.

Once I'm feeling myself? I'll be gentle, sweet and smoochy. Lots of pats for me please! And plenty of gentle head butts, purrs, and face rubs for you. :)

A calm and mature house hold suits me best - no little kids or dogs please! Just people who can make me feel as happy and as confident as I can be!
