About Molly
Molly is a four year old German Shepherd has come into our care through no fault of her own, as her previous owners rental situation had changed. Molly has a lovely happy disposition and dearly just wants to be with her human family.
Previously Molly was the only fur baby in the family but since coming into the care of her foster family she learnt how to behave around other German Shepherds and working dogs.
Molly loves to be social and playful with all her fur friends and thrives on daily walks and runs through the paddocks.
Molly needs a strong secure large backyard. Possibly a medium/large male playmate who has a confident playful personality. Molly is a heavy solid type of GSD weighing 36kg. She is well mannered and does not jump up on you, however she has the potential to knock over small children.
Molly has not been tested on cats or small pocket pets.
We want her to go to a home where she will be an integral family member.
Molly will receive one on one training with our Dog Trainer - Bear The Dog Behaviourist.
Intelligence, loyalty, love and companionship is what Molly will give in abundance when she connects and builds that trust with her new owner.
If you understand the nature of the German Shepherd, have recently owned this breed, and are looking for a companion dog then please consider Molly.
If you think you can give me a new home please contact us by selecting "Enquire about Molly".
Medical notes
Molly is microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and desexed.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
