About Venus
Meet Venus
Venus is a sweet and gentle female cat who loves to cuddle up with her foster parents in bed at night. She is adjusting well to life with a toddler in the home, and is learning how to navigate the loud and active environment. Originally she would hide all day and come out as soon as she heard the toddler's 'goodnight music'...smart kitty! Now, just 2weeks after meeting the toddler, she is getting used to his loud and sudden movements.
Venus adores being your sidekick. She'll grace you with her presence, sitting elegantly beside you, welcoming pats with a content purr, although prefers maintaining her own space and isn't a fan of being held or perched upon laps. With a regal demeanor and a love for autonomy, Venus is the purrsonification of charm and boundaries.
Venus communicates in a unique feline dialect – her meows resemble delightful chirps. Whether expressing curiosity, excitement, or the need for treats, these charming chirps are her signature way of letting you know what's on her sophisticated kitty mind.
“She has been an absolute gem and the best company for me! Venus is by far the most affectionate and sweetest girl you’ll ever meet. She loves to curl up with me for cuddles. At bedtime I just have to say “Venus bedtime” and she comes running, jumps on the bed and sleeps next to me. If I sleep in it’s not for long because I wake thinking my head is in an engine bay! I have one cat each side of my head purring away waiting for me to get up and give them breakfast!”
