There is nothing chaotic about this sweetheart. He is gentle, in fact a little unsure of himself initially and simply loves human attention.
At approximately 9 months old he has a lot to learn about life in general. He is good with small dogs, not really fussed with cats.
He struggled being left alone outside and this is normal for dogs coming into carer as their life as they knew it has changed.
When he is inside he is very settled , just likes to lay around. Sleeps all through the night he has been sleeping in the bedroom on his bed next to is carer, didn't really like being alone in another room.
Some basic obedience training and time and effort in calm socialisation and we are sure he will love a lifetime of adventures in his new life.
If you can offer a home that is inclusive of your new dog, one where he will get to go caravanning/camping, and on big hikes, then your who we are looking for to adopt our young gentleman.
Adoption details
**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SENDING AN ENQUIRY OR CALLING US!**
OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1.) You see a dog you like.
2.) Fill in our online adoption form by emailing us on farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com
3.) Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form. This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.
5.) If you are successfully shortlisted, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a time for you to meet the dog in question.
6.) A yard check will need to be conducted at your home.
7.) Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. 8.) The adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
9.) During the 2 week trial period, we encourage you to follow all our instructions to ensure the dog settles into your family structure
10.) If during the trail period you should need any assistance or you decide that this dog is not for you, you are encouraged to contact our state adoptions coordinator ASAP. (The more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available.)
Please note if the decision is made for you to return the dog your payment will be refunded to you in full, within 5 business days of the return of the dog.

We only consider applicants that have completed our adoption application form. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
