About Rahni
This beautiful girl is full of beans and energy. She loves people and has no issue with other dogs. She is good indoors, happily laying around while you relax. She has a very chilled nature, taking everything in her stride. At just 28 kilos she is a good size, and absolutely loves going for rides in the car. We haven't tried her with cats or livestock as she has been recovering from her surgery. Rahni came into the pound with a leg that had been broken for a very long time. Consequentially it was decided by our vets that it should be removed. Her surgery went well and her recovery has been without incident. As she has not had use of the leg in a long time, she is completely used to functioning as a tripaw and it in no way slows her down.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://aus01a.sheltermanager.com/service?account=rc0442&method=online_form_html&formid=16
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we may arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The four week trial begins on the day of adoption.
We prefer payment by funds transfer or cash and don't accept personal cheques.
