Meet Ralphie! Brought to the shelter with his best bud Rex, Ralphie has been in foster care learning how to be a happy and social cat. Ralphie has been described by his foster home as a wee bit shy to start with, but once settled he likes to keep busy with toys and his foster siblings! Ralphie is a high energy cat who enjoys all the finer things in life, and will suit most homes (without young children).
