About Finn
Hi, I’m Finn, a happy, affectionate boy with a gentle soul and a slightly quirky way of moving through life. I’ve got a neurological condition that makes me a little uncoordinated and slow, but it doesn’t stop me from enjoying the simple things - a cuddle, a soft bed and being close to the people I love.
I’ve been described as a bit of a “slow thinker” and I take life at an easy pace, which makes me a calm and steady companion. Because of this, if I'm going to a home with another dog, I’d do best in a home with one who’s similar to me - maybe a relaxed, older dog or another gentle soul who isn’t too high energy. Fast, excitable dogs can overwhelm me and make me frustrated, so I’d rather hang out with someone who enjoys taking things slow too.
I can’t go on long walks, but I’m perfectly content with pottering around the yard, spending time with my humans and soaking up love and attention. I’m toilet trained, love my dry biccies (wet food upsets my tummy), and have been well cared for. I come with my bed, lead and elevated food bowl from my previous home, where I sadly had to leave because a child developed allergies.
I’m looking for a kind, patient person or family who will love me exactly as I am - wobbles and all. I promise I’ll repay you with loyalty, affection and that quiet kind of companionship that makes every day a little brighter.
Love,
Finn-
