Beautiful Persia is the most friendly, cuddly lass who loves all humans, dogs and cats!

She is just a big puppy who wants to say hello to everyone. She’s figured out pretty quickly that she’ll get lots of pats if she’s a good girl.

Persia has recently had hip surgery after an accident earlier this year. Whilst she is learning how to use her hind leg again, she doesn’t let anything stop her from playing and going for walks. She will take off on 3 legs when she picks up speed, but it’s just because it’s easier to run. Persia has been receiving hydrotherapy whilst in care to speed up her recovery. Whilst it is not essential to continue, this will help with her recovery.

This princess absolutely loves playing with other dogs and would love to go to a home with another playful pup. However, a home without dogs will also be considered providing her socialisation is continued, and she will have copious cuddles from her humans.

Persia can be left home for a few hours a day, but she really does prefer company. Even better if she can rest her head on your shoulder whilst you give her kisses.

She is currently living with 2 cats and whilst she is friendly, Persia can’t understand that they don’t want to play with her. Any cats in her new home must therefore be confident.

Persia is toilet trained and will sleep soundly at bedtime. She will sit for treats but further training would be beneficial especially during her walks.

She gets very excited on walks. She will often take the leash and pull you along to hurry you up. A harness should assist for a more seamless walk.

Persia is a very gentle dog, but being a puppy, she is still learning not to mouth. Any kids in her new home should be dog confident and understand that she is not hurting anyone, just seeking attention for more cuddles.
