About Ash
Ash is a gorgeous 1 year old blue boy who is looking for his furever home after his previous owner became homeless and had to move into a shelter.
His foster carer says that he's a lovely affectionate boy who loves a pat and is playful as well. While he's a bit shyer than his brother, he really thrives with one on one attention. Ash is great with dogs and kids and would be suited to a quieter home that will give him lots of love and affection.
Ash has been:
- Tried with kids and is fine with them
- Tried with dogs and is fine with them
- Untried with cats whilst in care but previously lived with other cats.
***To be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure only***
Ash is 1 year old (dob: 31/5/21) and his adoption fee of $150 includes:
- Desexing
- Microchipping
- 1st Vaccination
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Ash is available to meet at his foster carer's home at Coromandel Valley.

Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
