Abani is a very sweet and affectionate cat. When she came into foster care with her young kittens, she was extremely timid. She has come a long way in foster care but is still a timid cat and will require time and patience to build up a trusting relationship with her new family. However, once she trusts you, she will seek out your attention. She loves to show her affection by rubbing her head up against you, rolling around and purring. She also likes a tummy rub but may then take you hand to play with. She is quite playful, and loves chasing balls, or playing with a wand toy. Due to her very shy and anxious nature, she does not like to be picked up or held (yet). Abani would be most happy in a calm, quiet and gentle environment where she feels safe and can slowly build up her relationship with her new family members. She looks forward to finding a forever home in which she can share her loving, cuddly and affectionate nature with her new family.
