In this wet and chilly weather, what could be better than some comforting soup and a cat curled up on your lap?
Nothing!
And you can both of those in one hit with this handsome boy - Soup!

Soup is a big handsome tabby boy about 3 years of age.
This guy came to us via the rangers so we know nothing at all about his past but we are so committed to giving him a bright and happy future.

At the moment, Soup is shut down. He huddles in his cosy bed and that's all he does. He pops out to nibble his dinner, he uses his litter tray, then he's right back in.
When you stroke him, he freezes up. Only twice have I stroked him and felt him lean in and enjoy it - but the joy I felt in those moments was out of this world!

He's going to be the most beautiful boy but it's going to take him some time to get there.
Soup is so gentle. He's never hissed, lashed out, swatted me away - deep down somewhere he knows that he wants to love and be loved but at the moment he's a locked treasure chest and we need a new family who are willing to put in the time to become the key that unlocks him.

Soup will need a space of his own where he can feel safe while he settles in.
He will need consistent, patient handling and love from someone who isn't in a hurry. He might burst out of his shell a week after you get him home - or he might take a lot longer to become confident and social.

Adopting a cat like Soup is truly changing a life, saving an animal in need. If you want to rescue someone - this guy is here and waiting.

He doesn't strictly need an ultra quiet home - though he will need a space he can feel safe in.
Homes with other pets and kids are definitely an option, or he can be your one and only.

His days of being a stud are over and Soup has now been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. He is FIV/Felv negative.
