Our tail amputation girl Gucci is now ready to find a loving total indoor home.

Gucci is a Chinchilla that would prefer to have her humans all to herself. Date of birth 30 October 2018 Gucci has been in our care since the 23 November 2021, so we certainly know her well.

Gucci had her tail amputated as she came into our care with a tail pull injury. This caused her discomfort and so we sought assistance with accupuncture up her spine and then the removal of her tail. Gucci has fully recovered from that surgery and is now ready to find a loving home.

Whilst Gucci is in foster care with other cats and dogs, her preference would be to live in her new home as a sole cat. Gucci needs to be a total contained cat. She does enjoy time in an outdoor secure enclosure during the day so she can soak up the sunshine and fresh air.

Gucci would not cope with a loud, busy house with young children. She would cope being doted on by older school children/ teenagers.
Chinchilla's are talkers and well.......Gucci is definately a talker.

Being a Chinchilla, Gucci requires regular grooming, which she is not really a fan of. Persistance is the key.

Gucci goes to her new home flea and worm treated, fully vaccinated, desexed & microchipped. Her adoption fee is $350.
