Huckleberry

Huckleberry here - like my famous namesake Huckleberry Finn, I had to live by my own wits, in my case on a large property, before coming to the shelter. I am quite social with other cats but will need a bit of time to learn and trust humans. So while starting out with them, a slow-paced, gentle and respectful manner would be ideal. Ideal would also be to have a sociable cat friend in my new home, but please no dogs. I would be happy to meet gentle teenagers too. The way to my heart is via my stomach - I LOVE chicken... Otherwise, slow feeding would be best for me.
