About Leon
Leon is a gorgeous grey tabby boy. If you're looking for a lap kitten to keep you warm this winter, Leon is the one for you! He loves nothing more than laying on his foster carer's lap playing with her hoodie strings while purring away. Don't get us wrong though, Leon is still a playful kitten and loves playing with toys and his siblings! He'd make a wonderful addition to any family providing they have children over 5 years old.
Leon has been:
- Untried with cats
- Tried with children a little and wasn't keen on under 5-year-olds
- Untried with dogs
***To be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure enclosure only***
Leon is 10 weeks old (dob: 28/03/2022) and his adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Flea and Worming treatments until date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Leon is available to meet ahead of his desexing appointment on the 15th of June at his foster carer's home at Morphett Vale
If you're interested in meeting him, please fill out the following form (https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A) and his foster carer will be in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a time to meet him
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
