About Sheba
Sheba was a well loved part of a family. Due to illness and the need to move close to relatives in surburbia, she was entrusted to AWL to find her the perfect family.
Sheba has been known to be a licker but with routine and stimulation, this has lessened.
Sheba is very submissive so if she is in trouble she will lay on her back.
She is a shy girl who takes a while to warm to new dogs and new people.
When Sheba meets a new dog she will show interest then will run behind her person for protection, as such. Exposure to this proves to be helping her confidence.
Sheba needs to find a confident handler who will continue to expose her to life and be patient as she learns.
Sheba will benefit from a confident, yet soft dog to be her companion.
Sheba was raised on a 1 acre block where she loved to run with another dog. She is house trained, crate trained and has grown up with children over 8. She will suit people/family that are home more often than not.
MUST HAVE:
A CONFIDENT YET SOFT DOG FOR COMPANIONSHIP
ACCESS AS AN INDOOR/OUTDOOR DOG
A CONFIDENTD/ PATIENT HANDLER
LARGE YARD WITH ABILITY TO EXERCISE/WALK DAILY
PROVIDE MENTAL STIMULATION AND A DOG
UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORKING BREED
I feel Sheba would not tolerate being boarded in kennels so would like the adopter to think ahead about how they could avoid this.
She had been getting car sick with owners, but has been fine since arriving in Sydney.
