Hi my name is "Lake"

I am probably the one of the litter that is quite happy to spend some time out on my own, I sometimes like to avoid being in the rough and tumble of my brothers and sisters and like to sit back and watch the world go by. I do enjoy my time with the socialisers and I'm learning how to play with toys and get the odd cuddle or 2 but otherwise I'm a pretty chilled out kind of pup.

ABOUT THIS DOG BREED: The Maremma is NOT a golden retriever - it is an Italian sheep-guarding dog. Maremma's have unique personality traits that potential adoptees must be aware of prior to application to ensure this is the right dog for the living environment. Yes, they are CUTE and fluffy pups but as adults they may be aloof, independent and prone to bark as the dog was bred to guard sheep against predators. They have a strong work ethic and remain devoted to their job as protectors of 'their mob'.

ADOPTION COST: The adoption fee for the Maremma pups is $795.00 which helps to cover the cost of mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
