Hiiii, I'm Rose! I am a sweet lil girl who is slowly finding my feet in this world. I haven't been exposed to a whole lot so I'm on the nervous side, but I am slowly coming out of my shell with the amazing help of the team at the RSPCA, they have been so patient with me! I will need a home who can enroll me in training from the get go, I know a thing here and there but training would be EXTREMELY beneficial for me to help me become a well-mannered pup. My owners will need to be very dedicated to continue ongoing socialisation around other pets and people, and be able to include me in all aspects of family life when I am settled. I will need my new fam to take it slow with me and introduce me to new places, people and experiences gradually and pair any new intros with positive things like treats!. I am a very active girl who will need plenty of mental and physical enrichment daily, such as walks, sniffing games, treat puzzles, chew toys and eating my meals out of a kong! I would like for you to begin with crate training so that I can have a safe place to retreat to if I get overwhelmed. I also can be quite shy with being handled a whole lot, so I will need for you to work on building a bond with me first and gain my trust before doing so, working on gentle handling techniques and using low stress handling at the vets.
Everything I experience is new to me, so I need a home that is predictable which means no kids in the home, and no kids that visit, teens could be okay but I will need to meet them first.
