Aries is a sweet, lovable and funny little lady with a heart of gold. She is well mannered, cheeky when she wants to be and loves her cuddles. She’s very clever, likes to be near and has managed to train her foster carers into giving belly rubs when she paws for them (which is pretty hard to resist).

She is toilet trained and can easily be left alone for a few hours if needed, although would like her humans around more often than not. Aries hasn’t shown any destructive behaviours however, she can sometimes forget her manners and size when being excited when playing. She also tends to favour male attention more than female.

Aries has to be an only dog as she is rather dog selective, she cannot be mixed with others. She often pulls on her lead when excited but will come back at her recall. Aries would be best suited with someone who can handle her behaviours, strong enough to manage her pulling and her reactive anxieties with other dogs. Ongoing training would be beneficial for her.

She has had a previous patella surgeries on both back knees. These appear to be fully healed and the vet has stated she looks to be in good health with no issues of mobility.

Overall Aries is rather laidback but also loves her walks and playtime. She likes to snuggle, be nearby, and is a peanut butter addict. She is definitely a funny little character who needs the time, attention and love to be able to live her best life.
