About Lulu DL2869
Lulu is a beautiful big girl who is gentle and smoochy.
She loves nothing more than good food and a long walk, followed by couch potato sessions. After a snooze, a little chase around the back yard to finish the day, and lots and lots of loving.
She would thrive with a mature family or person who will include her in all their activities as she loves to be around her people. She loves car rides, so could be a great companion on 4WD or camping trips.
As she's a big dog and likes to run around on her very long, uncoordinated legs, she's not an ideal match for young children. She's friendly with other dogs and would be happy with a male dog at home for company. She is friendly with cats, but the birds at the park are fun to chase, so probably not suited to birds at home.
Lulu is a good watch dog and will bark to let you know if anyone's passing by, but she is an indoor dog and must be allowed inside to enjoy the warmth and comfort of your home. She is a slow eater and enjoys the finer things like chicken, or your food... She's gentle around food, but she is a drooler, so a drool fountain will flow when she sees you eat!
Lulu will make you smile everyday with her little antics; she likes to rest her head on the kitchen counter when you prepare dinner. Or on the dining table, as it is just the right height to rest her head. She needs a bigger turning circle going down corridors and trying to turn around.
Or when she sits at your feet for a cuddle and slowly melts down onto the floor. She lets you know when it is time to go for a walk or play by getting in your face or slapping her paw in your hand.
Watch out when she sees you putting on your walking shoes and getting her lead and harness out, she gets very excited! Or when she starts to play with her toys and looks at you with droopy eyes, saying “chase me please”.
You're going to love having Lulu in your life! Email DFL today to apply.
