About Tigger
*In foster care in Ashfield, Sydney*
Tigger is a calm, smart, and extremely social little cat. She was friendly and affectionate on the day of her arrival, as she came to me for pats and head scratches, pushing her little head against my hand to get them. And since then, she just got more cuddly and more friendly, and wants to spend even more of her time near a human who can pet her.
She's also smart, and will figure out your habits really quickly. In just two days, she learnt when she gets food and where it is kept, that airplanes might be loud but are completely harmless, and that people always return from the bathroom, so there is no need to meow in front of the door.
And of course, the more she knows you, the more she trusts you, and the friendlier she gets!
Like all Maggie's pets, Tigger is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'd love a home where I can get a lot of pats and attention. I love being around people - close, but not too close, ideally sitting, napping, or bathing next to you as you work or chill.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I tend to chill and nap throughout the day, and get a burst of energy around the evening, just at the right time to get some play time after work and before going to bed
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've not spent any time around children, but I reckon kids aged 10 or older would be totally fine!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I used to have cat friends to play with, and I get along well with other cats, I haven't met any dogs.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
