About Lucy- Female Kitten (on trial 08/06/2022)
Lucielle, Lucy for short, is a 10 week old kitten now ready for her very own home and she would love nothing more if she could find one with her brother Ron.
Yes, these two were named after two very famous redheads, Lucielle Ball and Ron Howard. What is better then one ginger kitten, TWO ginger kittens and these two are near identical.
Lucy has recently came into care and needed surgery. The tip of tail has been severed to the bone so poor little Lucy needed emergency surgery to have it all fixed up. She handled the surgery like a trooper and she has bounced back without incident.
Lucy has a little bit of sass for a tiny girl. She knows who the boss is and gives her brother what for if he gets too rowdy. She has her foster family’s adult cats on notice which has her foster mum very entertained.
Lucy loves her brother and they play and sleep together so we would love for them to be adopted together BUT they can be adopted separately if you have a young cat wanting a little friend to hang with.
Lucy is playful, confident and loves to be close by. Her favourite spot to have a nap is on someone’s shoulder. She is litter trained and requires good quality kitten wet and dry food for her growth and development.
Lucy would suit a home with school aged children that are gentle and respectful but still happy to have a little play mate.
She must be an indoor girl unless you have a safe cat enclosure or willing to harness train her for some outside time.
She has been exposed to a cat friendly dog which she is willing to take on ( yes that is her sass coming out ) and also hangs with her foster family's adult cats.
Lucy’s adoption fee is $250 or $400 with her brother Ron, this includes her microchip, first kitten vaccination and desexing plus worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Lucy can only be adopted within the Newcastle, Hunter, Central Coast and Port Stephens area due to her needing to be desexed at a DRN allocated vets when she is 3.5 months old. Lucy and Ron are in care at Valentine NSW.
