On Hold
About Harold - 8 week old (on trial 06/06/2022)
This is Harold, and god bless his heart, he’s a bit weird lookin'.
Luckily for Harold, a funny face on a kitten is still the cutest thing ever, and frankly we do love his silly tiny body and sweet freckled nose!
Tiny Harold came into care after a short stay at the pound which he rated 3/10 on TripAdvisor (lovely staff but beach views were overstated.) He quickly settled into his foster home and discovered when meals were served and which were the best toys. He has the typical kitten playfulness, and loves to play chase with his sisters and dart in and out of his tunnel. He is also a giant (not literally, he’s as tiny as a postage stamp!) smooch who loves to cuddle his foster mum and tell her long stories full of squeaks and purrs. Even though he is a tiny thing, you can often tell where Harold is from the adorable squeaks he makes!
Harold is a man of the people and gets along well with everyone - kittens, older cats, and cat-friendly dogs. Because he is still such a baby, he would like to go to a home either with another kitten friend or with someone who is home a fair bit. He would like to suggest one of his sisters maybe - Agnes or Elsie! He’s a fragile wee thing, so older kids (12+) would be best.
Harold is an absolute little star of a kitten and will make his new family very happy. He needs to go to an indoor-only home to keep him safe, unless you have a safe outdoor enclosure for him to practice his tiger-skills in.
Harold comes microchipped, flea and worm treated, and with his first vaccination. He is available to a home in the Newcastle/Central Coast/Hunter region so that he can be brought to a DRN vet for desexing when he is approximately 3.5 months old (included in his adoption fee.)
