About Tex
This lively young man is looking for an active family to take him home!
Tex is still just a puppy at one year of age, and despite the fact that he has been working very hard on perfecting his good manners, his excitement can sometimes get away from him and he can’t quite help getting a little bit boisterous.
During his time at the shelter, Tex has learnt to sit and stay, is toilet trained, and has learnt to walk nicely on the lead. He is a quick learner, is keen to please, and loves his food, meaning that training with him is a breeze. It is recommended that his new owner continues with some extra training to help them form a bond, and to keep his mind stimulated.
Tex loves other dogs, but his play style is a little on the rude side as he loves to rough and tumble with his long legs flailing about. Because of this, he will need a very tolerant canine companion that is able to show him the ropes.
Tex is not recommended to live with young children due to his bouncy and excitable nature.
If you would like to meet the very handsome Tex, please give us a call on 9722 1265 to make an appointment.
