Hello!! My name is Ripper, but you can call me Rip! I've recently retired from farm dog life (it wasn't for me), and now I'm settling into domestic life. I'm absolutely loving all these cuddles and pats I get from my foster family, I love their affection and love to show my affection in return - I love to make my humans happy. Everyone who meets me thinks I'm a real sweetie (because I am!)
I'm used to a busy lifestyle, so will need a family who will be able to keep me busy and entertained (otherwise I've been known to be a little bit cheeky, I've pinched my foster mum's shoes once or twice...). I don't really like being left at home by myself for long periods of time either.
I'm doing well with training - I've learnt to sit for dinner, to not jump up on people, and I travel well in the car - but more training would be beneficial for me. I'm really good on and off lead, I don't go far off lead and always come when I'm called.
I love playing with other dogs, I love going for big long walks, and I've enjoyed camping with my foster family!
My ideal family would have plenty of room for me to run around (and maybe a doggy friend), lots of toys to play with, people who are around a lot, and who have time to exercise me regularly and invest in more training for me. And in return, I will love you unconditionally!
Ripper is $300 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heartworm checked and given flea, tick and worm preventatives.
