About Sally & Blaze
Sally & Blaze are a delightful pair of Rottweiler females. They've lived together for the past seven months and are offered for rehoming as a bonded pair.
Miss SALLY is a gentle, affectionate and very pretty Rottweiler born in January 2020. She weighs 28.2 kgs so is on the small end of the Rottie scale. Placid, friendly, confident and eager to please, she was dubbed "Pet of the Day" by our vets when she was there to have her rear dew claws removed a few days ago.
At 25.6 kgs, Miss BLAZE is even smaller than Sally. She was born on 7 March 2021, so is really still a pup. Sweet-natured but more reserved than her outgoing "sister", Blaze takes a little time to warm up to new people and surroundings.
Both girls enjoy human attention, but are not needy. They are good with children. They recently spent the day very happily with their foster mum's 7 yo grandson.
They both get on well with other dogs. They are tolerant of the farm cats at their foster home. They are not barkers and do not climb fences.
They love having access to the inside of the home, but are content to sleep outside.
Preference will be given to a home where someone is around most of the time and prior experience with Rottweilers will be highly regarded.
As always, secure fencing is essential.
Their joint adoption fee is $650 and they are desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
If you are interested in meeting them, please complete the online application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and ensure that you include photos of your yard and fencing.
Sally & Blaze live in Warwick, Queensland and are available for interstate adoption. A virtual meet and greet may be offered to approved applicants.
Please do not ask us to separate them.
Medical notes
The bandages on the back feet of Sally & Blaze relate to removal of their rear dew claws.
