About Willow
Willow came into rescue a few weeks ago when she was around 8 weeks old . She is Jack russell scruffy terrier mix wolfy and will not be very big when fully grown.
Willow is a fine build with long legs . She currently weighs around 10 kilos and we expect her to be around 12 - 15 kilos when adultl We would class willow as being a small medium dog when adult She is mostly fully grown now and will just fill out from now on
Willow is very sweet and a little shy when meeting new people but accepts them quickly. She gets very excited when meeting new dogs so a meet and greet is essential for any dog in the family Willow is housetrained and uses a doggy door with access to a garden. Willow sleeps happily in her crate all night
Willow will need a suitable playmate in her new home She loves all dogs but may be a little
energetic for a very small or senior dog.. She is currently living with 3 - 4 dogs who are smaller than her and a large very friendly wolfhound .
Willow is excitable but does settle, she can jump up as she has long legs so we feel small children will find her a little too much , she shows a lot of interest in the cats and would probably want to play too much and wouldnt be appreciated
The home for Willow will have another friendly sweet dog for company ,.

We require an initial application and then if a dog seems a match we can arrange a meet and greet at a local park or the foster carers home. If the meet is successful we then arrange a yard check and if that is satisfactory we require full payment on picking up the dog.
We then give a 2 week trial and if in that time it is not working we will refund all but $50 for admin costs. We also require that the adopter returns our dogs back to us at any time in its lifetime (without a refund) for us to rehome.
