About Kit
Kit came into care 2 weeks ago after being found on the esplanade at Seaford. This boy was an obvious dumped pet who we believe was abused as he came in with singed whiskers and would flinch whenever his foster carer would touch him. He's finally realised that touch doesn't equal pain and is ready for adoption.
His foster carer says that Kit meows for attention and loves pats. He also loves a brush and exploring. He's playful as well and loves toys and playing with the other foster kittens and his foster carer's children. He's honestly the sweetest boy who will make a great addition to any family.
Kit has been:
- Tried with other cats and loves them
- Tried with kids and loves them
- Tried with dogs and is a bit unsure of them at this stage.
***To be kept indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure only***
Kit is approximately 17 weeks old and his adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Kit is available to meet at his foster carer's home at Murray Bridge.
If you'd like to meet him, please fill out the following form (https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A) and his foster carer will be in touch to arrange a time.

Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
