About Caterpillar
Caterpillar has bloomed into a beautiful butterfly who is now ready to fly the shelter and find her new forever home.
Looking for a new home with a family that has kids over the age of 10 years that will respect her boundaries and her time when she wants to rest away from the family.
Caterpillar gets on well with other dogs and why she is here at BARC she is in a play group with 3 other dogs.
Has a basic skill base and walks well on lead, Caterpillar will need some training on recall as well as bonding with her new family before being let off the lead as she can be a little nervous until she bonds.
Not sure how she is with cats, this will need to be something that is done with a slow intro.
She would love to be able to be inside and apart of the family, hanging out watching movies or going along to the kids sporting games.
If you think you would be a good fit for Caterpillar then please give BARC a call on 54412209 and book in for a meet and greet, please before calling to book do some research on the breed to understand there needs and what they can be like in a home.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
