About Dash
Dash is a beautiful grey and white boy, who has the most caring eyes that catch your attention. He is super soft like a cotton ball!
3 things that Dash loves are snuggles, eating time and toys. He is very vocal and will let you know if dinner is late! He doesn’t like late meal times 🤣
Dash loves to snooze on the beds so he needs a home that will let him cuddle up into the bed for some serious relaxing and napping sessions!
Dash is great with kids, totally fine with noises and loud play. He loves interacting with humans and will always come for a back scratch. Dash is very social and will greet anyone who comes to visit the household.
Dash is great around both dogs and cats. He loves to play and snuggle with his sister and foster brother. He’d definitely prefer to be adopted in to a home with a friendly cat or kitten to play with.
Dash came to into care a shy little boy but almost instantly he turned around and now can’t get enough of human love and connection. He is always hopping up onto a lap for a cuddle. He is also a serious purr machine!
The ideal home would be somewhere dash can have fun and play with lots of toys and also recieve lots of back scratchies! Also somewhere where the humans love giving cuddles and snuggles. Dash also mentioned his ideal home will be somewhere they are good with time, so dinner isn’t late! 😂
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video call (due to Covid restrictions). Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until the date of adoption. The pet will be rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
