About Kiki
Hi Im Kiki, I came into care tiny, fragile and so so timid. I spent most of my life living in my own filth in an abandoned car on the property of a backyard breeder, now look at me absolutely thriving.
My foster family has been teaching me manners and so far I know how to sit and how to hold it for my food.
Sometimes I get distracted and that makes it difficult for me to concentrate on my training. So I will need a patient family who can help me and continue my training. I’m not terrible walking on lead, but not amazing. I am working on getting better.
I can be scared of bigger dogs initially and want to bark at and round up smaller dogs. However, after a few firm “ah, ah”s i learn pretty fast dogs are friends not sheep. I am no good with cats,as I don’t know that they are not for chasing, so a cat free home is best suited for me.
I sleep outside in my crate and spend my days outside with my doggy foster sibling. I am amazing with older children but have not had any interactions with any young children. I am also good when meeting new people and I’m doing great with my toileting.
I can be energetic when playing with the kids, but if I had the choice I would just snuggle on your lap all day long. I enjoy having the company of other dogs, but will be most suited to someone who can be home all the time as I can have some separation anxiety.
