About Muffin (Located in Rowville)
Hello my foster family call me Muffin, but you can't eat me, yes I'm super sweet like a muffin, but you still can't eat me.
They say don't play with food, but I love to play!!
I'm the type of kitty that may be a little shy at first, but if you sit down with me on the floor are give me time I would like to come and sit beside you, I don't mind getting on your lap for a pat but it will take a little time for me to get my confidence up.
I have figured out lately that if you cup my head in your hand and rub the side of my head, it magically makes me roll onto my back for a tummy rub, I will let you know when I've had enough because I will just roll back again.
I have the sweetest little purr and a small meow, I like to take my time to get to know people but if you have another furbaby in your life I will attach myself to it quickly. I don't mind dogs in my face but love even more a feline friend to snuggle up to at night. I love to greet my person at dinner time by scaling the door of my cattery to meet you for a cheeky pat, I love to get pats before dinner as I know once I've had my dinner its then "me" time and I can lounge around enjoying the comforts of a safe home.
I would like a home with adults and children 12 years or older, as I can be a little scared at first I would prefer I come to you to meet you rather than you come to me. I will warm up to you when Im ready and it doesn't take too long, I hope I get to meet you soon.
Muffin is our panther cat, she has beautiful sleek black fur which is silky smooth, she moves like a panther when unsure at first. She isn't quite sure about being picked up but we are working with her. Once she is comfortable, she loves a quick tummy rub, she will roll over and let you know when shes ready. She isn't aggressive and loves to play, she gets along very well with dogs and cats and could be adopted on her own or with a little mate or a friendly dog.

Please be aware that if you should find that you are not a purrfect match, or if you need to rehome your new furry family member at any stage of their life, Beary Fuzzy Forever Rescue will take the animal back into care.
Beary Fuzzy Forever Rescue provides a 7 day health warranty on all adoptions. While all our animals are health checked prior to adoption, sometimes the stress of moving to a new home can upset their immune system.

All our cats and kittens are in foster care, we do not operate a shelter or shop, so please send through an enquiry.
We have a detailed online adoption questionnaire for you to fill out. This will then be followed with a phone interview with the rescue Director and then the animals Foster Carer before we allow a meet and greet to take place with the animal in their foster home.
All cats and kittens in foster care are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated prior to adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
The rescue group is no longer taking adoption applications for this pet.
