Hi, I am a goofy boy with lots of love to give!

Nudge is a loving and happy boy who has high exercise/entertainment needs and would only suit a home where he can be tired out before leaving him home for long periods. Due to his clever nature, lack of exercise (eg. running him for 20 minutes, twice a day minimum); may lead to undesirable behaviours. He loved learning to play with other dogs and is friendly yet feeding should be kept separate as he has shown guarded behaviour, especially with males.

A real lumbering lion; Nudge makes his presence known any time he wants a pat or some affection, being 10 months old, he is only a puppy still and will need further training and management by his new forever home. The biggest attribute of Nudge is his huge heart, he just wants to watch over the family he knows and can be wary of strangers initially. A tendency to guard or round up the family may suit families with older kids and adults yet would not suit young children below eight.

Due to his solid frame, Nudge's movement will require a good sized yard for him to stretch himself out in. Recent training has been as an outdoor dog as well as indoors.

Some of his favourite pastimes is to watch the happenings of the family or wander around the yard in his quiet time; play tackle his pals and chew on a bone for a while. Kongs are a clever way to feed him and can be frozen for an extra challenge. Keeping him agile and involved is preferable for this pooch who would simply love to be treated with care and kindness for the rest of his days!
