About 🍨Sorbet🍨
Just like her name, this little girl is all things sweet. Full of love, Sorbet will cover you in kisses and cuddles, use your lap as her favourite place to sleep and chat to you about all the things that make her happy - mostly just being around you. Sorbet is a real people’s cat, enjoying being close to you, around you, near you and loved by you. She’s a real snuggle bug with the lovely habit of squeaking (she has a tiny little meow) when she’s happy.
This little girl can be described as ‘the perfect kitten’, cuddly, playful, so clean, fully toilet trained, a lovely companion but also wonderfully independent who is so much fun to watch as she explores the world around her or stares deep into your eyes. Sorbet does come with some warnings - she will find you wherever you are and ask for a cuddle, you will have to learn to sleep with her snuggled up close to you, your lap will not be yours anymore it will be hers and be prepared to devote long periods of time to cuddles.
Her ideal home: Sorbet would be happy in a home of her own or one with at least one other cat. She would also be happy to be adopted with her brother Gelato to keep her company when her people aren’t home. Sorbet has also spent time with children in her foster home and would happily live in a home with respectful children or an all-adult home. Sorbet hasn’t met a dog while in care but should be fine as long as the dog is proven to be cat-friendly and there is a slow introduction. Since coming into care she has led a totally indoor life and will need to stay that way to keep her pale complexion safe and healthy.
If you're looking to adopt a pair of kittens, Sorbet is available with her brother, Gelato at a reduced adoption fee of $600 for the pair.
Sorbet is in care in Elwood
Please note only enquiries that are accompanied by a completed adoption application will receive a reply.
