About Bob
Bob is a 13-year-old Kelpie Mix who loves his walks and pottering around the garden! Bob is a lovely gentleman who is looking for someone to give him a loving home while he enjoys his retirement.
Being an older gentleman, Bob is a little hard of hearing and doesn’t have all of his sight, but he has a REALLY great nose and is excellent at finding the best snacks! He loves sniffing and smelling on his walks, and he enjoys exploring the world.
Bob recently had a mast cell tumor removed. The operation went very well and he did not skip a beat! My adopter should be aware that I will need regular Vet check ups and monitoring. Bob won't mind as he is a perfect gentleman at the Vet and is very happy to receive all the treats and pats!
Bob may be older boy but he still loves going for walks and being with his people. He has a great off switch and is happy to potter and nap during the day. He walks well on a loose lead, and is not bothered by much and is friendly with dogs and people, young and old.
Bob would be perfectly content being an only dog but if you do have another dog, it would be best if they are similar in energy levels so Bob can enjoy a peaceful, well-earned retirement. Bob is not bothered by much, but would prefer a home in the outer suburbs or the country where he can settle down and enjoy all the comforts a lovely family can give him!
If Bob sounds like the gentle companion for you, please apply!
*Bob is located in Vic...

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
