About Maddi
Dear little Maddi is a very sweet-tempered and highly affectionate 4 yo Australian Silky Terrier. She may be crossed with another small terrier breed, but as far as we're concerned she's more Silky than anything else. Her date of birth is 8 February 2018.
She loves everyone - adults, children, cats and other dogs.
Within a couple of hours of being in her new foster home, she had settled in as if she'd always lived there and now spends her days shadowing her foster mum.
Maddi loves being with her family during the day and snuggling up in bed with them at night. She's a playful girl and enjoys playing fetch with her one special toy. Honestly, there's nothing not to love about this dear little dog.
It's a shame she was shaved before she was surrendered because, judging from an old photo you can view on this profile, she normally has a long, silky, grey and tan coat, so typical of her dominant breed.
We've all fallen hopelessly in love with Maddi and want a special home for her where she will have human company most of the time and where she will be cherished and loved for the rest of her days. She'd fit into any home, whether that's a singleton home or a busy family home with children and other dogs. As always, secure fencing is essential.
Prior experience with Silkies will be viewed favourably.
Maddi's in good health, her teeth are lovely and she has many years of canine devotion and companionship ahead of her.
Her adoption fee is $950 and she is desexed, chipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated.
