Beautiful Tuesday is a once in a lifetime cat, named after a once in a lifetime day!

When this sweet girl arrived in our care, she was accompanied by 4 sweet little kittens of her own, and the date? It was "Twosday" - Tuesday the 22nd of the 2nd month of the year 2022. We knew straight away that this was one special kitty!

When her babies all found homes, we thought for sure that Tuesday would be snapped up immediately, but it's sadly been over 100 days and still Tuesday is here with us, watching as other cats and kittens find their homes all around her. Could you be the one to give Tuesday the home she's been dreaming of?

While slightly reserved at first, once she's got you all worked out, Miss Tuesday is a chatty little thing who loves to meow away with her people. As soon as our staff and volunteers open the door to Tuesday's room at the shelter, you'll hear her happy chirping from her hidey hole, and then she'll come strutting out, tail held high, looking for treats and pats.

Tuesday would make a wonderful roommate! She keeps to herself most of the day, just soaking up the sun or watching you from a nearby perch. Then at night, when it's time to snuggle down, this affectionate little miss will wander over, her purr roaring like an engine, demanding neck rubs and butt scritches before curling up beside you for the evening.

Always best to email us an enquiry (via this pets profile- see the below link). Please include a description of the home you will be able to provide like where the pet will be kept most of the day, what other animals are at the home, ages of children that live or frequently visit the home and any details of previous experience that you have had with this species or breed. The more details the faster we can speed up the process for a meet and greet with you. Be sure to ask any questions you may also have.

We aim to respond to all applications within 5 working days. Please only call the shelter if this time has lapsed since we would have received your email.

Keep an eye on your Junk Mail folders as in some cases we will forward your email to the foster carer to respond to you.
