Meet Carl! A lovely young lad who came to the shelter through no fault of his own, Carl is looking for a home that can provide him with lots of love, toys, and attention! He is hardly phased by much and would be suited to most homes, though he dislikes other animals. He loves to play with toys (wand toys, toys with bells etc.) and needs a family that can provide him with a lot of mental and physical stimulation. He is also partial to a good snug here and there, and never says no to pats.
