About Chester and Morgan
Morgan and Chester are an adorable pair of yin and yang.
Chester came to us after being found living behind a dumpster as a very young kitten. He was completely unsocialised with people and constantly looked out with incredibly wide eyes. Following a few weeks of care and the help of his best friend Morgan, Chester came out of his shell and hasn’t looked back. He now sleeps on the pillow next to his foster carer’s head, loudly purring. He loves sitting on the couch with his family or sitting in the window near them during the day.
Chester is still timid and shy at times, occasionally jumping when surprised by a pat or hiding under the bed. He’d love his new family to be understanding that he’s still learning to live with people and interact with them. A quieter household would suit Chester best where he can continue to gain confidence.
Chester will be a big, fluffy cat! He already has a lovely soft black and white coat that is just getting longer. Morgan has soft velvety fur with tiny patches of white.
His best friend Morgan is a bundle of play, purr and energy. Morgan loves to run around with a toy in her mouth, bouncing off the other cats and zooming from room to room. In her quiet moments, she happily settles on the couch or in the sunshine. If you pick her up, she’ll happily lie across your chest, purring loudly and giving you an occasional smooch. She’s also started to sleep on the bed at night, cuddling in with the other cats or her foster carers.
Morgan came into care incredibly shut down and quite ill with cat flu. Following a few weeks of TLC, she came out of her shell and turned into a little snuggle-bug. Morgan then decided that she had lost entirely too much playtime while sick and has been making up ever since. Her favourite toys are a little stuffed ball or her tunnel.
Both Chester and Morgan are fine with other cats, the resident dog and the rabbit. They are both completely litter trained as well. Given Chester's occasional timidness/ startling, we are seeking an indoor only home.
Medical notes
Both Chester and Morgan are completely vaccinated, microchipped, desexed and up to date on all worming and flea treatments. They have both had ringworm but this has fully resolved.
