Bobby is an adorable little guy. He is a very cuddly lap dog, and very playful and clever. I think it would be easy to teach him tricks. He loves chasing balls. He sleeps quietly in his bed beside his carers. He is a very good car traveller. He travelled to Gympie recently without a peep and used to travel to work with his carer two days a week without any issues with either the travel or interaction with the other staff.
He is fine left at home for a short while and is happy with a quiet life. He sleeps inside and is a dog that is suited to inside life.
He would probably love an active retired couple (as I say, he is a great traveller and an ideal caravan size) or a family with older teenage kids to play with him. We don't think he likes little kids.
He doesn’t like other dogs, and can be very reactive, but he is at an age where small walks, close to home are fine, and less stressful for him. He wouldn’t suit a home with other pets or kids. He is just a small sweet guy, looking for the same 👈🏻You’ll need to add this into your application . This is the most important part of applying .
Please give lots of information about yourself and why you are the best option for him. Please acknowledge that you understand no other pets or kids. 👈🏻 Also important , don’t forget to add this.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
