About Cob
Meet COB! This fellow is a three-year-old Australian cattle dog, and he is looking for an active new home. Cob's ideal home would be as an only dog, on acres, with an owner who is experienced with this breed. We think he would not be suited to a family with kids under 12 but would thrive with a single owner (or possibly a couple) and lots of one-on-one attention - he would make a very loyal companion. Cob can be quite vocal, especially when people come to visit, but his barking has lessened considerably over the last year and will improve more with further training. Once he has 'done his job' and let his owner know that someone has arrived he relaxes considerably and will approach the visitors for pats and affection. Cob travels well in the car and has mastered many basic commands. He is fine with stock and chooks and is house trained. Currently he sleeps outside but will come inside for love and affection and a good snuggle! If you think you might be the right fit for this boy please give us a ring. Cob is desexed, chipped, vaccinated, worm/flea treated and vet checked.
