Gomez was quite a shy boy to start with, but has come a long way in foster care. He is a happy, playful guy who loves a yummy snack. For a while, he was very much a 'close but not too close' kinda guy. He wants to be near and see what the humans are up to. However, he has now started accepting (and enjoying!) pats and cuddles, for which he makes the biggest purrs. He will also come running when he hears the jingle of his favourite wand toy, or if there are snacks involved. He will likely need some time and patience to settle into his new home, but very much wants the interaction. Gomez has very much looked towards his sister to take the lead and teach him he can trust humans and accept affection. He would love to be adopted together with her so she can help him settle in and continue to build his confidence in his new home.
