Lucky & Milo

Lucky and Milo are a bonded pair of highly affectionate, smooth-haired Jack Russell females. They are 10 years old and were born on 17 October 2011.

Very reluctantly surrendered due to a family break-up, these girls are littermates and have been together since the beginning. They urgently need a safe and loving home where they can enjoy their retirement years.

Not that Jack Russells ever really retire - and Lucky and Milo are no exception. Both are very active and alert dogs with loads of personality. They absolutely love human company and will make delightful companions.

Lucky is half as big again as her little sister, Milo, who was the runt of the litter. Lucky is the confident, outgoing one and Milo tends to walk in her big sister's shadow. The first three images are of Lucky and the other four are of Milo.

They are accustomed to living outside during the day and sleeping inside at night. They are crate-trained and come with their own crate and bedding. In anticipation of a Schmacko, they happily put themselves to bed at night and you won't hear a peep from them until morning.

Although they came from a home where they were the only dogs, they're getting on well with the two resident Cavaliers at their foster home. They are not cat-friendly. They grew up with children, but would probably be better suited to an adults-only home or a home with older children.

Lucky and Milo are in good health for their age.

Lucky and Milo's adoption fee is $450. They are desexed, chipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated.
