Ragnar is everything and more...

He really is a gentle giant who loves to play with other dogs, big or small. He will run around with a big smile then flop on to his back to open his arms for one-on-one mouth play. Ragnar would need to have a friendly dog buddy in his forever home as he craves affection from another dog and lives for play.

Ragnar tolerates small humans very well. They will play ball, and he gently takes it from their hands to give back. He'll also run after toys to give back. He will sit and wait for treats and gently take them from the child's hands. He also flops his head next to them while they sit on the sofa.

He loves food and dinner, and while he will shake with excitement, he will sit and wait on command. He loves the water and will play with it. He also likes to dig, so a designated digging area would be ideal.

On walks he's a sniffer, stopping at everything. Wildlife doesn't bother him at all - he will watch a bird then go back to sniffing. He's slowly learning his lead manners and needs a good walk each day.

Ragnar would thrive with a dog buddy he can thrash around with, and for the rest of the day he will enjoy a little rest, lazing on the sofa or his bed.

He craves a cuddle and loves his ears softly scratched. He loves squeaky and soft toys you will often find him walking around with one in his mouth or laying next to it.
