Salix is a gorgeous young rottweiler who loves nothing more then cuddling on the couch with her people. She is looking for a quiet, predictable home where she can enjoy a daily walk, lots of fun enrichment games and where her people have lots of spare time to dedicate to belly rubs.

Salix is more then just a pretty, squishy face, she loves to use her brain. Slow walks where she can sniff as much as she wants, positive training sessions full of useful and challenging skills, treat toys and puzzles toys will ensure this smart girl can reach her full potential. Salix walks well on lead with just a harness but needs ongoing training to perfect this skill. She can get over excited when seeing other dogs and prefers to walk in quieter areas. She has very good house manners and knows not to take things from counters, is toilet trained and enjoys relaxing on her bed when her people aren’t home. She loves to spend most of her time indoors, especially when left alone. She is fond of a good chew but knows to only chew her toys, bones and maybe the occasional cardboard box. Salix needs to be the only animal in your home. She is not cat friendly and has a high prey drive so would not suit a home with pocket pets or livestock. Salix is awkward around other dogs and struggles to contain her enthusiasm when playing and lacks some of the social skills to make doggy friends so will need to be an only dog, she prefers human company much more anyway.
